The Journal of Business and Environmental Sciences is an open-access international journal (E-ISSN 2974-3125), abbreviated as JBES is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, issued by the Scientific Association for Studies and Applied Research, is a peer-reviewed academic journal specializing in publishing scientific research across various Business and environmental disciplines. The journal was launched in September 2022 with two issues per year, and starting from the beginning of 2025, it transitioned into a quarterly publication, and aims to encourage the dissemination of articles, research, and scientific conferences that contribute innovative and non-traditional intellectual insights in the following scientific fields: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and Insurance, and Environmental Sciences.

The journal is overseen by a team of specialized professors and academics and accepts research submissions in both English and Arabic. It implements rigorous technical and administrative procedures in the peer review of articles and research submissions, relying on a wide base of highly experienced reviewers in these fields from various international, and Egyptian universities.
