Membership Requirements

The applicant for membership in the Association must meet the following conditions:

  1. Hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification, at minimum.
  2. Possess full legal capacity.
  3. Not have been convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
  4. Have paid the annual membership fee.
  5. Be approved by the Association’s Board of Directors after verification that the required conditions are met.

(All membership applications are submitted to the Board of Directors for final decision.)  

Membership Benefits

  1. Members receive priority registration and participation in the Association’s scientific events and workshops.
  2. Members are eligible to attend member-only conferences and invited lectures.
  3. Members are granted a specified discount on article processing charges for the Association’s journals, in accordance with the approved discount policy.
  4. Members are accorded priority access to the Association’s research support services (technical/language review and methodological consultation).
  5. Members may be listed, with consent, in an internal searchable directory to facilitate academic networking and collaboration.
  6. Members receive reduced fees for training courses and educational materials offered by the Association.
  7. The Association issues verifiable electronic membership and attendance certificates to members.
  8. Members are eligible to apply for internal grants, travel stipends, and other research awards under the Association’s regulations.

Effective upon membership activation and payment of fees; all benefits are administered in accordance with the Association’s membership bylaws and procedures.  

Member Duties

Members are expected to fulfil the following duties. Compliance is considered in decisions on membership continuity and renewal.

  1. Actively engage in the Association’s scientific programs (workshops, seminars, conferences) according to the Association’s schedule.
  2. Produce or participate in research, applied projects, or community-oriented initiatives that advance the discipline.
  3. Offer lectures, workshops, or poster presentations when invited and where the member’s expertise permits.
  4. Accept reasonable requests to serve as peer reviewers or to provide technical/editorial assistance.
  5. Observe professional ethics and comportment that protect the Association’s integrity and reputation.
  6. Timely payment of membership dues and any activity-related fees in accordance with the Association’s financial regulations.
  7. Support the Association’s objectives through scholarly networking, referrals, and partnership building.
  8. Keep contact details, institutional affiliation, and CV information current in the Association’s member register.
  9. Volunteer for committees, organizational tasks, or projects as requested and as feasible.

Renewal criteria: Renewal decisions shall consider the member’s adherence to the duties above, documented participation during the membership period, and settlement of financial obligations. Detailed renewal procedures and thresholds are specified in the Association’s membership bylaws and are subject to Board approval.
