It aims to assess its effects on poverty alleviation, education, health care, and social justice. The study employs a descriptive-analytical approach, incorporating both inductive and deductive methods. The sample consisted of one hundred employees of the General Authority of Zakat, Taxes, and Customs who answered a questionnaire. The findings demonstrate that Zakat funds play a significant role in reducing poverty, enhancing sustainable development, and improving living standards in Saudi Arabia. in Saudi Arabia. Zakat, Tax, and Custom Authority employees are aware of the Sustainable Development Goals, which the Zakat administration gives priority. Zakat monies also allow for improvements in education and health promotion. Further empirical research is required to better understand the magnitude and direction of these effects.
